 The Colorado Commission for the Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and DeafBlind (CCDHHDB) provides FREE communications technology, such as amplified and captioned phones, smartphones (mobile technology) and tablets, as well as ring signalers and personal amplification devices, in addition to specialized deafblind equipment and training to qualified deaf, hard of hearing, and deafblind.
